A leading water management business specialising in the sustainable use of water is looking for a confident, robust and experienced Demand Generation Manager to lead efforts in generating, nurturing and converting high-quality leads across various channels.

As Demand Generation Manager, your responsibilities will include: Developing and implementing a comprehensive demand generation strategy, targeting key industries such as hospitality, food production, manufacturing, and retail.
Planning, executing, and optimising multi-channel campaigns (email, digital ads, content marketing, LinkedIn campaigns, etc.)
to drive qualified leads into the sales funnel and attendees to events.
Working with internal expertise and external content resource to create engaging, informative, and relevant marketing materials that resonate with our target audience.
Managing marketing automation tools and CRM systems to execute lead nurturing campaigns, track lead activity and updating our prospect database.
Analysing campaign performance, tracking KPIs, and adjusting strategies to ensure campaign effectiveness.
Collaborating with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of leads and monitor conversion rates through the funnel.
Partnering with sales, senior management and account management teams to align efforts with broader company goals.
Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to shape campaign strategies.
Fostering relationships with external partners and vendors to extend reach and effectiveness of campaigns.
Managing the demand generation budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximise return on investment (ROI).
Regularly reporting on the performance of initiatives, using insights to drive continuous improvement.
Presenting findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
Were looking for a Demand Generation Manager with: Extensive experience in demand generation, preferably within a B2B or consultancy environment.
Proven track record in developing and executing successful multi-channel demand generation campaigns.
Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Touchdown, or similar), CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics), and analytics platforms.
Strong understanding of lead generation, lead nurturing, and conversion optimisation tactics.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, optimise campaigns, and deliver actionable insights.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
