We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join a growing Recruitment Delivery Team who successfully source the very best Candidates for a wide range of Client requirements.
Job description As a Delivery Recruiter, you will have the following responsibilities: Build and maintain relationships with Clients to understand their business and recruitment needs - through regular briefing and update meetings.
Source and screen candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media and referrals.
Conduct phone/video interviews with candidates to assess their skills and suitability for job opportunities.
Assist with the full end to end recruitment lifecycle.
Develop an understanding of the Engineering Industry.
Data integrity, quality and managing all recruitment activity via our internal CRM system.
Offer and on-boarding management.
Create positive relationships with candidates to gain market insight, information, leads and referrals.
Take market information to your network via social media to drive inbound candidate engagement and networking opportunities.
Skills/ qualifications needed We are looking for candidates with the following skills: 6-12 months inhouse or agency recruitment experience preferred.
Client relationship building and/or strong customer service experience.
Motivated, flexible with a commitment to learning.
Confident communication skills.
CRM/ATS experience preferred.
