Delivery Manager

Main Purpose: ? Ensure successful delivery of projects, using Agile methods to add Business Value to the countries ? Support and empower the team to solve problems and create innovative solutions ? Continuously improve delivery practices and share knowledge ? Manage the delivery of iCABS data-related requests and understand their business value ? Work independently and prioritise tasks effectively giving the greatest Business Value ? Work closely with the iCABS Backoffice team to ensure delivery standards are harmonised ? Support the implementation of Territory service management systems ? Foster a positive and high-performing team environment ? Plan and implement service management solutions ? Handle sensitive information with discretion including acquisitions details not announced to the markets.
? Identify and secure necessary resources for projects ? Work and coordinate with business teams to ensure understanding of solution delivery ? Participate in planning events and support product releases ? Promote quality and ensure adherence to standards ? Ensure compliance with company policies and processes including SoX ? Manage code releases and ensure quality ? Promote equality across the teams Requirements ? Extensive experience in IT service delivery or a related field ? Strong project management and leadership skills ? Understanding of business principles and markets ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ? Knowledge of technical disciplines like process design and systems development ? Awareness of Sox requirements and ITGC principles
