We currently serve our client in and around Leicestershire & Warwickshire delivery areas .
_ Multidrop Van (Self Employed) drivers required for our rapidly expanding operations in Derbyshire & Nottinghamshire - All candidates must have a full UK license held over a minimum period of 2 years and can't have more than 6 SP points (No IN, DD, DR , TT ).
All candidates upon successful interviews will be required to subject to undertake a background check (Cost covered by Dulogix) General Responsibilities: Planned multiple drop routes in an already established delivery area with a number of other drivers working in the similar postcodes .You will report to our Bardon depot near Coalville for our major retail client contract.
Multi-drop deliveries, parcels of varying size and weight (up to 23kg max) Self employed sub-contractor basis Load your van with your days parcels Use GPS technology to locate correct delivery location Use a delivery device to complete deliveries accurately, safely and to required quality standards - We pay for daily device usage Provide excellent customer service at all times, polite and professional in all dealings with customer, colleagues and warehouse staff Maintain a safety-first approach and comply with expected PPE standards Able to be proactive in solving problems on the road What we offer : Best industry /sector pay rates .

Compensation Details: Base Daily rate : £134.00 per day ( inc VAT) Seasonal Bonus : All routes completed between 27th October up until Christmas 2024 will be subject to a £12.50 daily rate uplift and will be added on your base rates.
During this period we will offer a day rate of £149.00 per day ( inc VAT) Quality Bonus : Qualifying drivers get an additional £5.00 per day as routine daily quality bonus .
Takes your day rate to £155.00 per day (inc VAT) Please note we do not advertise any un-solicited Seasonal and Joining Bonus options for our candidates as we have a long standing record in the sector and our pay rates are always top tier due to our long term commitment with our client - Our drivers on average earn more than our industry counterparts - Details are discussed only during Site visits and Interviews Safety Standards : At Dulogix , we maintain highest standards of road safety , therefore we need safe and reliable drivers only.
