Are you a responsible, customer-oriented van driver looking for an exciting opportunity?
Salvo 1968, a leading Italian food wholesaler based in Cheshunt, is seeking a reliable Van Delivery Driver to join our dedicated team.
Drive with us and help deliver the finest Italian goods to our depots and customers.
Position : Full-time, Permanent Salary : Competitive, based on experience Working Hours : 42.5 hours per week Monday to Friday Saturdays work may be required, as overtime.
What You'll Do : Deliver high-quality Italian products to depots and customers.
Perform vehicle checks at the beginning and end of each shift.
Record deliveries on a tablet (where applicable).
Ensure compliance with all driving regulations.
Maintain the cleanliness and security of your van.
Adhere to speed and weight limits.
Refuel daily and report any incidents to the transport office.
Complete all necessary paperwork accurately.
Represent Salvo with professionalism, delivering excellent customer service.
What We're Looking For : A clean, valid standard driver's license.
Physically fit and able to handle heavy loads (within safety guidelines).
A positive, flexible attitude with a commitment to safety.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently.
A team player with a customer-first approach.
