In short, we're a positive impact company where: We Work From Anywhere & We Deliver With Care We Are Carbon & Profit Neutral Job Title: Delegate Account Associate/ Executive Reports to: Delegate Director Contract: Full Time/ Permanent Location: Global - Full remote Salary package: 35,000 GBP base salary uncapped commissions up to 30% on target bonus Role Summary: Engage with the global community of retail decision makers at C&D level and enroll them as hosted buyers (no entry fees and travel expenses covered) for our 3 premium events in Europe, US and Asia in order to have 1:1 meetings with our sponsors across the supply chain industry.
Provide full VIP delegate support from confirming their attendance to assisting them in their travel arrangement and in their meetings agenda scheduling.
Account manage sponsors by obtaining their retail brand wishlists and their lists of preferred VIP personal invitations as well as ensuring their meetings agenda is full.
Post show, follow up with both sponsors and VIP retailers to ensure that business opportunities generated onsite are converting into actual partnerships in order to maximize our sponsors' ROI.
Role split: 50% delegate acquisition and 50% account management (delegates & sponsors) Responsibilities: Proactively self-source and convert your delegate pipeline across 3 geographies (Europe, US and Asia) while ensuring strict quality criteria are met (delegate seniority, company size, delegate geography, delegate novelty and good match with sponsors services) Reach company's sales activity targets via extensive daily call time and significant number of weekly phone conversations Ensure accurate and timely update of the CRM and daily pipeline reporting Build and sustain long-lasting relationships with the global retail community Assist sponsors in all aspects relating to their meetings expectations through the recruitment of their wishlisted retail brands as well as their preferred retail delegates Assist delegates in their travel arrangement and refund Assist both delegates and sponsors in scheduling their 1:1 meetings via our in-house developed registration and matchmaking platform accounting for their respective needs and services Post show, work alongside with delegates and sponsors to track contracts generated thanks to our inter-mediation and ensure that delegates remain responsive to sponsors to whom they showed interest in their services Work in partnership with the Sales team to impress our sponsors with your account management Requirement and Skills: 2 to 4 years of experience in delegate sales / account management ideally in the events with VIP delegates, or in recruitment of executives in B2B sales Native or bilingual proficiency in English At ease in international environments Strong communicator & people person Dynamic with high positive energy Enthusiastic about picking up the phone for outbound calls and and allocating substantial time for meaningful phone conversations every day Comfortable interacting with C&D level people with a good understanding of social etiquette Successful in building rapport and trust Results driven Organised and able to prioritize workload with competing priorities and deadlines High ability in rigorously using CRM systems (daily updates, workflows and reports) Experienced in using LinkedIn and B2B lead generation solutions High speed cable internet access in a quiet workspace Open and eligible to global travel several weeks per year Some of Our Benefits: Full remote 35 hours a week: 09:00 - 17:00 UK time, Monday - Friday Generous annual leave policy: 8 weeks / 40 days of Paid Time Off days including bank holiday Above-market compensation policy & transparent salaries (at DELIVER, there's no bias as all salaries are shared internally) Monthly Work From Home allowance Pension contribution
