The role We're seeking an enthusiastic marketing and sales professional to help the CEO manage and execute our marketing and sales activities.

Key responsibilities Manage and execute marketing and sales strategies in collaboration with the CEO Oversee the creation of campaign materials, including newsletters, content, and award entries Identify and secure speaking opportunities and events Build and maintain client relationships through regular networking at industry events Support the development of proposals and pitches Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure seamless handover of new clients Administer our CRM system and sales pipeline Support planning and managing events Work with our graphic designers to support the creation of engaging, on-brand content across various platforms Our top priority is finding the right person to fit our culture, who understands our clients' challenges to support our 'solution and values-based' selling approach.

Required experience & skills Minimum 2 years' experience in PR, communications, or marketing Understanding of military culture (through personal or professional experience) Excellent written and verbal communication skills (you must enjoy presenting!)
