Debt Capital Markets Senior Associate, Global Law Firm, London A prestigious global law firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its ranked Debt Capital Markets (DCM) practice in London.
The firm has a strong reputation both in the UK and internationally.
The team advises on a full range of DCM products, including commercial paper programmes, equity-linked issues, Eurobonds, loan participation notes, medium-term note programmes, private placements, sustainability-linked and green bonds.
They act for bond issuers and investment banks and are particularly known for their expertise in emerging markets.
Senior Associates are expected to lead transactions, support Partners in business development, and mentor junior lawyers.
Requirements: 6+ years PQE in debt capital markets at a reputable law firm.
Strong academic background and stable career history.
