What you will do This is an autonomous role within the Fire Service team for an experienced and commercially driven fire systems engineer to deliver additional chargeable revenues from with our existing customer base. You will identify deficiencies, to the BS/FIA standards, and/or upgrade opportunities, provide quotes and deliver the solution into the customer sites. You will also carry out take-overs in the region utilizing your skills to ensure the sites & systems can be onboarded in a compliant state. Opportunities will be passed to you from within the existing fire team too. This is not a sales role, it is a service engineer role focused on building relationships and delivering additional service revenue across the region.

How you will do it Provide excellent Customer Service to exceed the expectations and requirements of both the internal and external customers. Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers. To Service the appropriate systems, working safely and responsibly to avoid injuries, damage to property, and the loss of unused materials. Ensuring your time is managed efficiently and jobs are prioritized correctly. Correctly complete Engineer work reports, handover certificates/BSIA Certificates or checklist as appropriate. Identify deficiencies and recommend solutions to end users. Proactive Service Recommendations. What we look for Essential:- Experience within Fire & Security industry Driving license Ability to lift and climb ladders Had or have previous experience working in a customer facing environment
