Description Day Bakery Operatives required We have a unique opportunity for full-time Bakers to join our Day Bakery Team at our prestigious Ascot Drive Bakery.
Derby - DERole and key responsibilities for our Bakery Operative • Understand the fermentation process involved in mixing, shaping and baking of various bread types;• Able to demonstrate a good knowledge and understanding of machinery and baking processes;• Able to demonstrate ability to work to a high standard in an efficient, clean and tidy manner.

Per hourWorking Hours Monday to Friday The role is hours per week, working 5 out of 6 days with various shift finish times.
The role will require working 1 in 4 Saturday days to support our 7-day operation in busy times.
