Dayforce Implementation Consultants Location : Fully Remote (UK Based) Salary : £65-80K JGA are exclusively partnered with a rapidly growing HR technology consultancy is seeking to expand its team of Dayforce Implementation Consultants.

Must be available to start within a 4-week notice period.
Role Overview: As a Dayforce Implementation Consultant, you will lead the implementation of the Dayforce system for UK-based clients.
These roles require specific expertise in either Dayforce Payroll or Dayforce Core HR .
You will work closely with clients to gather requirements, configure the system, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and train super-users.
Dayforce Implementation Consultant - Key Responsibilities Lead workshops to gather requirements and understand client business processes.
Configure the Dayforce system (Payroll or Core HR) according to client needs.
Support UAT, ensuring configurations meet client requirements and address any issues.
Assist in creating and delivering training materials for super-users.
Maintain clear and ongoing communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Stay updated on Dayforce features and best practices to continuously improve service delivery.
Dayforce Implementation Consultant - Skills: Proven experience in implementing HCM systems, with specific expertise in Dayforce UK Payroll or Dayforce Core HR.
Strong ability to lead workshops, configure systems, and support testing and training activities.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and consulting skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work collaboratively.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive client relationships.
