Teaching Personnel are recruiting L3 TAs on behalf of primary schools in the OL1 area.
About the role: Full-time role, 8.30am-3.30pm Monday-Friday.
£84- £95 per day, dependent on experience and qualifications.
Start date: December 2024.
Main duties: Support holistic learning both in and out of the classroom as directed to by the class teacher.
Create an inclusive and positive learning environment where all pupils can thrive.
Support the children in engaging them in learning activities and help support individual children in ways that suit their learning styles.
De-escalate high stress situations and escalate concerns to appropriate staff members.
Work in collaboration with staff members within the classroom and wider school community.
About you: Is an adaptable, proactive and collaborative team player.
Is patient and understanding.
Has had previous experience working with children in some educational/learning capacity.
May have had previous experience working with children with special educational needs.
Relevant qualifications preferred.
