DAY SHIFT ENGINEER - LEAD WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN ELECTRICAL BIASED ENGINEER TO OVERSEE A TEAM ON A NUCLEAR DEFENCE PROJECT Permanent Opportunity On-site in High Wycombe Up to £55,000 Monday to Friday (days) DV or recently lapsed DV required for the role WHAT WILL THE ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING MANAGER BE DOING?
You will be overseeing a team who will be heavily involved in the maintenance, repair and installation of electrical and mechanical systems to a variety of Defence related projects.
Other responsibilities will include: Ensuring compliance to regulations and safety standards Provide technical guidance to the engineering team Be able to get 'hands-on' if required Coordinate with stakeholders to help keep projects on track WE NEED THE ENGINEER TO HAVE… Strong background in electrical or mechanical engineering Experience leading a team of engineers Understanding of Defence standards such as JSP 375 Knowledge of Electrical Authorised Person responsibilities Level 3 mechanical or electrical engineering qualifications An active DV level clearance (or a recently lapsed DV) is required TO BE CONSIDERED….
