We're seeking a talented IT Technician to provide exceptional 1st and 2nd line support to our client's users.
Serve as the first point of contact for IT support inquiries, resolving issues via phone, email, and in-person Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, guiding users through solutions Assist with the installation and configuration of new equipment and software Provide training and support to users on various IT systems and tools Experience in a 1st and 2nd line support role or similar IT position Strong understanding of Windows Operating Systems and common applications Understanding Networks (LAN & Wireless)
