Job Description Job Summary: Reporting to the Dynamics CRM Manager, you will be working in the Data team assisting with the day-to-day running of the CRM database system supporting 160 users across multiple teams based at Tobermore and externally across the UK and Ireland.
You will help to develop and enhance the system to meet the continuous growing requirements of the business and carry out regular data integrity checks, actioning these, to ensure data is accurate.

Duties will include: 1.
Work with the Dynamics CRM team to ensure smooth operation and optimisation of our Dynamics 365 for Sales application.
Such tasks will include: • user access, security profiles, views creation, dashboards and charts creation, bulk update and reassigning of records, field creation and editing, editing forms, workflow automation creation, data validation through use of business rules.

Collaborate with the Dynamics CRM team to discuss on system enhancements and improvements based on user feedback.
3.
Provide excellent system support and troubleshooting for users, addressing enquiries and providing solutions.
4.
Regular housekeeping and auditing of data to identify and rectify data inconsistencies, duplicates and inaccuracies.
5.
Establish data entry protocols and validation mechanisms to maintain data integrity and completeness.
6.
Resolve data queries and provide guidance on data segmentation (creating views, dashboards, charts etc).
7.
Work with Dynamics CRM Manager to ensure all users are educated on how to use the system in their day-to-day role as well as provide training on new system functionality and features, including the creation of step-by-step training guides.

Extract data from Dynamics CRM for further analysis and reporting 9.
Work with our support partners to plan and deploy continuous improvement updates and change requests.
10.
Contribute to the successful delivery of shared Departmental Objectives while managing progress of objectives unique to the role.
11.
Adhere to service level agreements (SLA) with relevant departments.
12.
Document departmental processes and keep existing ones up-to-date in line with company guidelines.
13.
Treat sales, costs, and personnel information in a private and confidential manner.
14.
Demonstrate the company values (H.E.A.R.T) in every task and colleague/customer interaction daily.
15.
Attend monthly 1-1 meetings with the Dynamics CRM Manager.
16.
Comply with GDPR legislation.
17.
Any other duties as required.
