Data Strategy & Transformation - Graduate Programme 2025 Salary : £31,000 plus a £3000 joining bonus.
Location: Stevenage Working pattern: You'll be onsite a minimum of two days per a week, with the opportunity for occasional international travel to our other MBDA sites.
Security clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship.

As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.
Closing date for this role is midnight on Monday 4th November The opportunity: In this role you'll work closely with the international Data team helping support the implementation of data practices throughout the business & help to develop good governance and management of data and data projects within MBDA.
The Data team sits within our Transformation and Improvement team within MBDA.
This is made up of a number of major projects helping assist our international business achieve both operational excellence, as well as preparing for the future.
As a graduate, you'll experience the excitement of completing four placements; these will provide you with a group understanding of data within the international environment, assist your learning of the business functional areas and develop key change management skills to contribute to the delivery of the international data strategy.
This role is ideal for those looking to work on a wide variety of data related tasks and activities on a daily basis!
With support and mentorship from a skilled and experienced data team, we will provide practical training to develop your skills in: Understanding data strategy and business application of data practices & projects Presenting and communicating in different forums Helping you build and maintain relationships within the business & with our external partners Analysing business challenges and positively influencing business decisions What we are looking for from you: Degree qualified in any of the following: Business Computing, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics and Business & Management Studies (2.2 or above) Knowledge of Data Networks, Python, SQL, Business Intelligence (BI) or desire to learn Passion for Data, Change Management & Transformation Understanding of benefits that data management can bring to an organisation Strong Communication skills and ability to build relationships quickly Our company: MBDA is a leading defence organisation.
