Personio is experiencing rapid growth, and with it comes an increased need for data to inform our Revenue and Success (R&S) department's strategies.
As a Data Scientist supporting R&S, you'll play a vital role in uncovering actionable insights that drive our mission forward. You excel at analyzing data to understand the why behind trends and uncovering causal relationships that shape strategic decisions. By leveraging your expertise in statistics, machine learning, and data, you'll create impactful data products that solve real-world challenges.
Role Requirements: What you need to succeedA university degree in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field4+ years of experience working with data to solve business challenges and collaborating with stakeholdersProven ability to use statistical analysis and causal inference to drive evidence-based decisionsCritical thinking skills with the ability to distill company strategy, team goals, and specific needs into an actionable strategy and execution planProficiency in experimentation, statistical inference, prediction models, and probabilistic reasoningStrong SQL skills and proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Scala or R)Prior experience with MLOps is a plusWhy PersonioPersonio is an equal opportunities employer, committed to building an integrative culture where everyone feels welcomed and supported.
