Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation TrustWe are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and self-motivated individual to join the Data Quality Team at Royal Devon.
Good data quality is essential for delivering high quality patient care.
Ensuring that information held on the Trust's clinical systems is of the highest possible standard (accurate, consistent and timely) is essential for legal, operational, clinical, patient safety and contractual purposes.
Assuring high-quality data for analysis is also vital to good decision making in the organisation.
As the post holder, you will use workqueues and reports to identify data quality issues on the Trust's clinical systems, validating and correcting patient level data where necessary, and liaising with staff across the Trust as well as GP Practices in order to resolve issues.
You will also assist with data quality and assurance projects across the Trust, developing and adopting new sustainable solutions to ensure effective and measurable improvements in information and data quality.

Job responsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be a team player with excellent organisational skills and be able to manage and prioritise your own work effectively.
You will have a good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
You will also pay close attention to detail, be able to work to tight deadlines, and be adaptable to changing or challenging situations.
We are looking for someone who is skilled in maintaining constructive relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
You should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail and problem solving skills with a true passion for doing the right thing for our patients and frontline staff.
Previous experience working in hospital administration is desirable and we offer full training for the specific duties of this role.
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
