An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Data Processors to join our Data Processing Team in Bristol.

Job Overview This is a permanent full-time office-based role.The hours are 40 hours per week.It is essential that candidates are flexible to work outside of the normal core hours when required.
Primary Responsibilities: Receive clients data, audit using TDG software and produce reports for despatch to the client.
Check processed work undertaken by other Data Processors.
Sort client data using TDG software and produce outputs for despatch to clients mailing sites.
Liaise with TDG sales team to assist with data audit enquiries and / or live run data.
Assist in keeping Matrix (workflow software), the data audit, job and carrier forecast logs up to date.
Create audit for invoicing, amending for reversions, non mailables when necessary.
To assist the TDG team with any other reasonable tasks.
Maintain awareness of new products and services.
Handle data according to the Data Protection Act / GDPR.
Key Accountabilities: The timely delivery of work items to agreed deadlines.
Maintain documentation.
Proactively seek solutions to problems.

About you: As a successful Data Processor, you will need to have a: Good working knowledge and understanding of data formats and file types.
Good working knowledge of Office especially Excel and Outlook (intermediate level and competent user desired but full training will be provided).
You will also: have a methodical approach.

(E) Have previous experience in an office environment.
(minimum of 1 year) (D) Gained a minimum GCSE in Maths.
