An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Data & Purchase Order Entry Operator to join our team in our London HQ.
You will play a critical role in managing and maintaining accurate business records.
This role involves entering, updating, and verifying data to ensure the smooth operation of our organisation.

RESPONSIBILTIES •Accurately input, update, and maintain product data in company systems or databases.
•Accurately raise, maintain & update official supplier purchase orders
•Verify the accuracy of information and resolve any discrepancies.
•Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency across departments so reporting is accurate
•Perform routine quality checks to ensure data integrity.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS •Prior experience in data entry or a similar role is preferred.
•Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) or similar software.
•Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
