Data Operations Manager Remote (1 - 2 days a month depending on team needs in the London office) up to £80,000 basic salary + 9% bonus + benefits About the Company Join a dynamic SaaS organisation specialising in Financial Services, Insurance, and Healthcare sectors.
As part of a growing team, you'll have the opportunity to shape data strategies that drive impactful decisions in a business built for scalability and innovation.
The Role This is a brand new role, part of high growth plans, in which you'll join the security team initially.
This role will involved building, leading and managing your own team.
We are looking for an experienced Data Operations Manager to lead the development and execution of data analysis, governance, and strategy.
You will oversee the integrity, accessibility, and optimisation of data across the organisation to support robust decision-making and business growth.
Key Responsibilities: -Develop and implement a forward-looking data strategy that ensures consistency, integration, and alignment across business functions.
-Shape and establish a robust data governance framework to meet current and future operational needs.
-Enhance and manage data platforms, ensuring they adapt to evolving business requirements.
-Lead platform strategy, including upgrades, migrations, and new implementations, ensuring scalability and reliability.
-Maintain compliance with data integrity standards, guaranteeing the accuracy and reliability of datasets.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Salesforce Administration, Database Administration, Enterprise Architecture, Sales Ops, and others, to align and deliver data initiatives.
What we are looking for: -Minimum of 5 years in a similar role with proven success in data operations in a SaaS enviroment.
-Expertise in Salesforce (Essential) - managing data quality, governance, and controls.
-Proficient in scaling data operations to support both operational and strategic growth.
-Hands-on experience with data warehouses, data lakes, and visualization tools like AWS QuickSight, Power BI, or Tableau.
-Strong background in designing data structures, implementing controls, and applying statistical and visualisation techniques.
-Demonstrated ability to shape and execute a data strategy aligned with multiple business functions, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT.
