Day one you will manage a small team on the support desk.
2nd and 3rd line support engineers.
Oversee Day-to-day of IT support function Coach and line managed support analysts Develop and implement IT policy You should be familiar with tech like AWS, Linux, Intune, Defender and/or MS365.
