We are currently recruiting for a Data Entry Clerk on behalf of our client in North Hykeham, Lincoln.
This is initially a 6 month fixed term contract with the potential to go permanent.
Working Monday to Friday: 9am - 5pm You will play a critical role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records within the company's databases.
This role requires high attention to detail, efficient time management, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities: Accurately input and update data into company systems and databases.
Verify data for accuracy and completeness, resolving any discrepancies.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies at all times.
Ensure timely completion of data entry tasks to support business operations.
Collaborate with other departments to obtain necessary information for data updates.
Perform administrative tasks related to data management as needed.
Requirements: Proven experience in a data entry role or similar position.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong typing skills and proficiency in using data entry software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, databases).
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with data protection regulations is a plus.
