They're proud to have secured several critical projects that will directly impact the lives of citizens across the UK.
To deliver these exciting projects, they need talented AWS Data Engineers to join their expanding team in Belfast.
What you'll do: Design, build, and maintain robust and scalable data pipelines on AWS.
Develop and deploy data processing solutions using AWS Glue, EMR, Lambda, and Kinesis.
Implement data warehousing solutions using Redshift, Snowflake, or other relevant technologies.
Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous testing and validation.
Collaborate closely with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand their data needs.
Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for data engineering.
Stay up-to-date with the latest AWS technologies and trends.
What you'll bring: Proven experience as an AWS Data Engineer with a strong understanding of data warehousing principles.
Hands-on experience with AWS services such as S3, Glue, Lambda, EMR, Redshift, Kinesis, and IAM.
Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language like Python or Java.
Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Eligibility for SC clearance is essential.
This role is based in Belfast and requires you to be commutable to the office.
