Data & Cyber Solicitor

Our global firm client is looking to recruit a highly skilled Data and Cyber solicitor to join the London team.
The suitable candidate will have experience advising on EU and UK digital regulation, specifically from the Data, Privacy, and AI side.
You will provide expert legal advice on data protection and privacy laws, as well as other areas of new digital regulation and cybersecurity matters to a diverse clientele, including multinational corporations, technology, digital media, life sciences companies, and financial institutions.
The work is primarily non-contentious, focusing on advisory work, contracts, and strategic advice for clients seeking to comply with data protection, privacy, AI, and cyber requirements.
Applicants from a Commercial Technology background with experience in GDPR and data regulation will be considered.
