Role: Data Architect
Salary: £80,000 Upwards
Location: Manchester
I am seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Engineer to play a key role in my client's transformation journey.
You will be responsible for leading the build, optimise, and maintain data applications, systems, and services tailored to client needs.
Looking at the Cloud Platform, contributing to the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge data solutions.

About the Role As a Data Architect, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering transformative data solutions for our clients.
Your expertise will be crucial in guiding clients through technical implementations, from modern data platforms to advanced analytics and machine learning solutions.

In this role, you'll: Act as a technical authority, interfacing directly with clients to represent the depth of our expertise.
Lead delivery teams by example, ensuring solutions are innovative, pragmatic, and aligned with client objectives.
Mentor and guide team members to see the broader picture, maintaining the highest standards of quality.
Advocate for Agile practices and drive a DataOps culture within client organisations.
You'll work across diverse projects, leveraging public cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and delivering impactful solutions that balance business intelligence and machine learning capabilities.
Key Skills and Experience: Wide-ranging experience with modern data platforms such as Databricks, data modelling approaches, and OLTP/analytical warehouses.
Deep knowledge of public cloud services, including AWS and Azure, with a focus on security and privacy in data platform implementations.
Proven experience engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite, to align data strategies with business goals.
Strong advocate of Agile methodologies and iterative delivery of business value.
Deep understanding of the product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery, ensuring quality at every stage.
