Key Responsibilities Partner with teams across marketing, IT, finance, and other departments to understand data requirements and deliver tailored insights.
Establish and maintain data processes, ensuring accuracy and consistency across client and internal datasets.
Conduct deep-dive data analysis, identifying trends and presenting findings through visually engaging reports, charts, and dashboards.
Develop reporting structures and provide actionable recommendations to senior management and clients.
Design and implement dashboards for real-time KPI and performance monitoring.
Provide training and resources to enable teams to confidently interpret and leverage data in their roles.
Research and introduce innovative ways to utilise data to enhance business efficiency and client services.
