Data Administrator , Full-Time, Temporary, 37.5hrs per week - 8.30am-5.00pm, Office Based, Enhanced DBS, Newton Abbot - Devon, Parking on-site.

We are looking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrator with strong Excel skills.
This role is perfect for someone who has a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of Excel, including advanced formulas, data analysis, and reporting, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a busy team.
Key Responsibilities Data management including advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.)
to maintain and analyse data.
Administrative Support , providng general office and administrative support, including scheduling meetings, organizing events, and maintaining accurate filing systems.
Communication , taking messages, liasing with other teams and generally ensuring smooth communication and timely responses to inquiries.
Key Skills Strong Excel skills.
Enhanced DBS (desirable).
Excellent interpersonal skills.
