Data Administrator

Data Administrator (Part-Time) Location: Cardiff Hours: 2-3 days per week (7 hours per day, flexible) Salary: 25,188 Pro Rata (13.78) We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Data Administrator to support us with the closure of NHS research sites.
This role is part-time with flexible working days, and training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities: Contact NHS sites via email and phone to gather required information and paperwork for official site closures.
Review and update existing files to ensure all necessary documents, such as consent forms and delegation logs, are complete and properly archived.
Follow up with sites to chase outstanding documentation and confirm closure processes.
Use Excel and other data management tools to organise and track site information efficiently.
What We're Looking For: Strong administrative skills with experience in data management and Excel.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently while ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
