About the RoleCPI Data Administrator / Collector – 2 Days per monthA CPI data administrator / collector is responsible for collecting the prices of specific items on a monthly basis in a selection of retail premises across a dedicated town, or city.
It is important work that impacts every industry in the country and is taken on two set days every month - always a Monday and Tuesday - with the potential for a short collection on a Friday in some areas.CPI Collectors work approximately 12-15 hours over these two set days per MONTH, it may take longer to begin with while you are learning store layouts.If you are over 18, have a vehicle & a valid UK driving licence, and want to earn money whilst visiting shops - then this is the role for you!From April 2024: £13.44 per hour (£12.00 per hour + £1.44 holiday pay) outside London, plus travel expenses.We will provide you with comprehensive fully-paid training to set you up for success in the role.Job OpportunityThe Office for National Statistics (ONS) is the Government Department responsible for producing the Consumer Prices Index (CPI), the most used measure of inflation in the UK economy; including the amount benefits, pensions, etc.
