Role Overview: The Dark Store Warehouse Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our dark store, ensuring efficient and legally compliant management of intake, pick packing, and outturn processes.
You will lead a diverse team of 20-30 full-time and part-time staff, driving operational efficiency while meeting critical KPIs.

Key Responsibilities: Driver Recruitment & Engagement: Build and maintain a strong network of drivers, ensuring seamless communication and efficient recruitment to meet operational needs.
Operational Oversight: Manage the full dark store operation, including intake, pick packing, and outturn processes.
Ensure all operations are within legal and regulatory compliance.
