Damp & Mould Surveyor

We are currently partnering with a leading Construction company in the East Midlands, who are recruiting for a Damp & Mould Surveyor to join their growing team on a temporary basis.
Our client is delivering on its mission statement is to be loved by its employees and it's customers.
This is a full-time position with a daily rate of up to £300 per day via an Umbrella company.
Duties will include (but are not limited to): Support the organisation/end client in getting on top of a backlog of damp and mould surveys which require completion Produce detail, thorough and consistent reports with clear recommendations of work Compile a schedule of works based on NHF SORs; and An estimate of the costs of those works based on NHF SORs Experience required: Experience required in Social Housing Consistent and detailed report writing Skills, knowledge and expertise required: Damp and Mould experience Knowledge of up-to-date regulations Rewards and Benefits: Hybrid working Working hours: 37.5 hours per week Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
