Job Summary We are hiring QA engineers as a part of newly established squads to improve product performance and ensure safety and stability, as well as excellent technical documentation.
You will own the end-to-end testing process, including designing, developing, maintaining, and improving manual and automated tests for the business's key product, thus enabling customers to measure their climate impact.
Responsibilities Work collaboratively within one of our squads, which includes software engineers, Business Analysts, and a product owner.Plan, design, perform, and document manual and automated tests (end-to-end testing, stress testing, load testing).Analyse test results and provide timely and accurate reports on test coverage, defects, and overall product quality.Identify and report on issues early in the development and release phases.Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation, ensuring smooth collaboration and knowledge sharing among team members.Design, drive, and improve testing processes, including handling user feedback to improve quality and usability of the product.Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and improvement.You bring Minimum 3 years of experience in manual and automated software testing.Proficiency in writing automated tests using technologies associated with D365.Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and continuous testing tools, preferably with Azure DevOps.Keen attention to detail.Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Degree in computer science, software engineering, related field, or equivalent professional experience.Experience working with charities, NGOs, or similar organisations preferred.Knowledge, interest, and passion for the environmental and/or sustainability space will be an advantage.Salary and benefits Working for a leading people-centric environmental NGO with dedicated, passionate, and caring coworkers;Competitive NGO salary and 8% Company Pension Program;30 days annual holidays (with purchased leave options);Flexible working hours (with the option to take flex-days);Up to 6 months remote work anywhere in the world;Paid sabbaticals, enhanced maternity/paternity/adoption leave;Office offering prayer room and breastfeeding facilities.Before you apply We'll only use the information you provide to process your application.
