Department: Digital, Data & CloudJob DescriptionTechnical subject matter expertPlan, design, estimate, develop and implement Power Platform solutions based on established patterns and best practices, working with development teams as well as directly with customersLead technical development teams across different customer accounts, take ownership of deliverables and be responsible for the technical quality of the team's output, implementing best practice development standardsLiaise directly with customers to gather/refine requirementsAssist in driving the adoption of cloud solutions using the Power Platform and provide technical advice to team membersDeliver a variety of projects using the core range of solutions within the Power Platform, covering model, canvas and power pages applications.QualificationsDemonstrated 5+ years project experience developing solutions using D365 CE, Power Apps – both Model Driven and Canvas, Power Automate and Power Pages.Comprehensive understanding of Non-Functional RequirementsExcellent customer service and communication skills5+ years server-side development experience preferably using C#/.Net/.Net CoreExperience leading teams and mentoring junior team membersExperience using REST APIs (building of REST APIs nice to have)Experience in implementing and using other data stores (SQL/SharePoint/Lists)Experience working with testing strategies and tools for Power Platform solutionsExperience working with ALM strategies for the Power PlatformExperience with Agile methodologies and working in DevOps teamsExperience with Azure DevOps (or similar tools) for CI/CD and backlog/progress trackingExperience integrating PowerApps solutions with APIs or third-party solutionsExperience with the wider Microsoft 365 platform including SharePoint, Forms, TeamsPower Platform Certifications (PL-200, PL-400)D365 Certifications (MB210-230)Eligibility for SC clearanceExperience with Power Apps Test Studio or other Power Platform testing solutionsExperience of delivering with the Success by Design frameworkPower Platform Certifications (PL-900, PL-600)Experience with Microsoft Azure PaaS/Azure Integration ServicesExperience in configuring and deploying Power BI solutionsExperience developing and deploying Microsoft Teams AppsExperience with UI / UX designExperience building applications with accessibility in mindAdditional InformationLocation: This role can be delivered in a hybrid nature from one of these offices Dublin, Belfast, Birmingham, Manchester, Edinburgh or London.
