D365 IT Operations & Support Manager Onsite in Andover + Hybrid working  Permanent up to £70,000pa My client are seeking an experienced and passionate IT Service Operations & Support Manager to join them on a permanent basis You will be responsible for providing effective IT Service Operations, and leading the Service Desk Team .
This is a key role within the IT Leadership Team and is responsible for leading the Service Desk team to establish strong IT Service Management practises across the organisation.  In addition to managing a team of L1-L3 Service Desk Analysts, you will also manage all aspects of IT Service Operations To be considered, you should have: Extensive experience in IT Service Operations Management Demonstrable experience of team management responsibility Requires deep knowledge of Service Management standards including ITIL Requires knowledge of D365 (or AX) Supply Chain / Commerce / Finance support OR similar ERP with supply chain / retail processes Due to the volume of applications received for positions, it will not be possible to respond to all applications and only applicants who are considered suitable for interview will be contacted.
