Key Responsibilities :
Lead the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
Customize and configure Dynamics 365 to align with business processes.
Integrate D365 CRM with third-party applications and services.
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance of the system.
Ensure successful delivery of projects, adhering to best practices and methodologies.
Mentor junior team members and share technical expertise.
Key Requirements :
Proven experience as a D365 CRM Technical Consultant with hands-on expertise in Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement).
Proficient in customizing forms, workflows, plugins, and other D365 components.
Strong understanding of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and its integration with D365.
Experience with Azure services, SQL Server, and integration tools such as SSIS or KingswaySoft.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus.
