About the Role We are seeking a Dynamics 365 CE Managed Service Consultant for a reputable Microsoft Partner. This role is tailored for a Junior Consultant with proven experience in handling small change requests and who is eager to develop their expertise in client-focused D365 CE solutions.
Key Responsibilities Handle and deliver small change requests effectively within the Dynamics 365 CE environment. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and configure tailored solutions. Provide end-user support and assist in troubleshooting D365 CE issues. Maintain comprehensive documentation of solutions and client interactions. Stay up-to-date with the latest D365 CE developments and best practices. Qualifications and Skills Experience with Dynamics 365 CE, particularly in handling small change requests or support functions. A consultative approach with strong communication skills. Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team member. Prior experience in a Microsoft Partner is desirable. Must hold a valid driver's license.
