As a D365 CE Functional Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of our Business Applications pillar, leveraging your deep Dynamics knowledge and expertise to drive high-profile D365 projects within the Financial Services Practice.
Your responsibilities will include: Work with customers to understand and define their business process to configure their Dynamics CRM/D365 system.
Advise customers on best practices for development or integration processes.
Assist with configuration tasks, data migration and end-to-end testing.
Provide end-user training courses and ad-hoc coaching.
Participate in go-live stages of projects.
Push projects along through daily communications with the customer and/or project manager.
Desired Skills and Experience: We're seeking a passionate team player with the following experience:
Experience with Power Platform, Model-Driven Apps, Dataverses and legacy Microsoft Dynamics CRM systems such as, CRM2011, CRM2013, CRM2015, CRM2016, CRMOnline Work to client's needs, expectations and standards ensuring that the output and approach is of an expectational standard Customer facing and stakeholder management; Experience delivering within the Finance Sector (Banking or Insurance) - Desirable Developing peers by imparting knowledge and expertise through continual professional development Creating documentation.
Communication (written and verbal) Design and delivery functional elements, e.g.
customise and configure without code Managing time effectively Design and validation of technical elements, e.g.
