Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Governance Lead (VP Level) Are you an experienced professional in Data Loss Prevention (DLP) with a strong understanding of governance and risk management in a highly regulated financial environment?

My client is a Global Financial Organisation seeking a talented individual to join their team as a DLP Governance Lead , where you will play a key role in overseeing global DLP policies, standards, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities: Take on a leadership role in governance and oversight for DLP initiatives across the business.
Manage, improve, and ensure alignment of DLP policies and standards globally.
Lead risk management processes while supporting broader cybersecurity efforts.
Collaborate with international teams, including engineers and support teams across India, the US, and the UK.
Key Qualifications: Strong governance experience, with the ability to manage and enhance DLP policies in a financial setting.
In-depth experience with industry-leading DLP technologies (knowledge of Symantec and Purview DLP is desirable).
Proven ability to lead teams and manage relationships with business units and legal teams.
Familiarity with frameworks such as NIST and technical standards.
Comfort with technical discussions, and the ability to collaborate with engineering teams.
