We are recruiting a Cyber Security Awareness Specialist to take responsibility for our security awareness and education program, engaging with stakeholders and 'internal customers' at all levels.
Ultimately this person's job is to help prioritise and manage human risk at Pinsent Masons by ensuring our people know, understand, and follow our security requirements and behave in a secure manner.
This role will ideally be based out of Birmingham, Leeds or Manchester but other offices will be considered for the right candidate.
Our standard working hours are 9.30am-5.30pm, however, we are happy to consider flexible working requests.
Candidate Overview We are looking for candidates who ideally hold the following skills and experience: Proven experience developing and delivering cyber security training and awareness programs, preferably in a large organisation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships quickly with a wide range of people and the confidence to work with senior people across the firm.
Strong understanding of current information security threats, trends, and best practices.
Proven ability to anticipate and mitigate security risks through innovative awareness solutions.
Able to prepare clear and concise reports and presentations that convey cybersecurity information to non-technical audiences, converting technical data into user-friendly formats.
