CX INSIGHT MANAGER SALARY UP TO £70,000 BOURNEMOUTH - 2 DAYS A WEEK The Company This is a well known insurance company THE ROLE As CX Insight Manager, you can expect to be involved in the following: Provide insights into end-to-end customer journeys Gather insights from surveys and complaints, delivering true insights, not just data reports Conducts or commissions research to offer valuable insights for business stakeholders, optimising customer journeys to enhance advocacy, loyalty, and customer experience Analyse Voice of the Customer (VoC) and Speech Analytics data using qualitative and quantitative methods for all customer groups Contribute to strategic plans based on data-driven insights Define and measure customer perception consistently across all products and customer journeys Your Skills And Experience Experience mentoring/coaching teams Lead initiatives focused on Customer Experience (CX) Strong skills in insights generation and storytelling (not just data reporting) Strategic ability is important How To Apply To express your interest, send your CV to Valentine by clicking the apply button below
