Customs Coordinator

We are working with a Freight Forwarder looking for a Customs Clerk to join their team in Dover.

This role is working 4 on 4 off night shift

Responsibilities; Creating customs documentation for Air Freight Oversee all customs clearance of traffic moving by road Complete customs entries from start to finish for Imports and Exports Customs import/export entry checking Collaborate with clients, importers, exporters, and relevant parties to gather essential information required for import and export declarations. Address and resolve queries from Customs related to active declarations. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data across all operational systems. Upload job information into in-house Transport Monitoring System Swiftly and effectively manage all inquiries and questions concerning customs processes, tariff classifications, duty rates, and additional documentation needs while maintaining direct communication with clients. Skills Required; Experience working within a similar role is required Customs software experience Experience working with freight forwarding and logistics Good communication skills Proficient in MS Office #J-18808-Ljbffr
