Our Customer team has a fantastic opportunity for a Workflow Planner to join them in Preston.
Our Role This role will manage and plan the flow of work and activities through the Customer Contact Centre by driving effective and efficient utilisation of resources 24/7, 365 days a year.
Working with the Customer Resource Lead to ensure customer colleagues are available to deliver a great customer experience across all the channels in line with regulatory and business targets.
The successful candidate must, at the start of employment have permission to work in the UK without sponsorship What we're looking for Min of 4 GCSEs including English Language and Mathematics Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure, especially during peak hours or intense situations Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, planning, communication, and conflict resolution skills Experience of customer related systems and processes preferred Experience of a contact centre environment desirable Good understanding of core contact centre resource management Experience in driving continuous improvement Proficient in all Microsoft application key focus excel What we're offering As a vital team member and in return for your expertise, inclusive approach and commitment, we'll provide a favourable salary and the chance to join a passionate and welcoming team.
