The Opportunity: My client working within the sustainability sector are looking to hire for a customer service focused Trials Advisor for their external clients that will see you support the Customer Trials team to deliver a smooth and engaging customer journey through the trial process.
Reporting to the Trials Manager, the role will enjoy a varied and dynamic work environment, working closely with the Sales team and the Managing Director.
The aim of the role is to showcase my client's potential to their potential new customers, ultimately resulting in a sale at the end of the Trial process.
You'll also contribute ideas and solutions to the Trials Manager to ensure delivery of a high-quality service, offering improvements for customers based on experience and feedback.
The role takes day-to-day responsibilities as well as ad-hoc tasks throughout the sales and trials process.
Skills and Experience: - Taking prospective customers through my clients Trial process, including: Conducting Pre-Trial calls, gathering all the relevant information they require from potential new customers - Liaising with our third-party fitting companies to ensure a timely and smooth installation of the device into the trial vehicle - Keeping all internal systems and CRMs up to date with our customers' data, regularly cross-checking all customer accounts to ensure all is set up correctly - Managing customer expectations around deadlines and keeping in regular contact with them - Providing customer training around our portal, ensuring all reporting and assignments are set up correctly - Highly focused on customer service, responding to customer queries in a timely manner Please call and speak to John here at ISR on 07719 919 860 to learn more about this great new role as a Customer Trials Advisor our exciting client based in Exeter, Devon and their ongoing growth plans?
