Customer Service Advisor Permanent, Full-Time
Meraki Talent is partnered with a leading financial services company to appoint a Customer Service Advisor to their team.
This is a full-time opportunity offering a salary of £25,000 plus benefits.

The Financial Services Customer Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting them with their financial inquiries, transactions, and service needs.
The advisor will work closely with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with financial regulations.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
Provide detailed information about financial products and services, including account management, investment options, and loan products.
Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.
Process various types of financial transactions accurately.
Investigate and resolve customer issues related to account discrepancies, service problems, and other financial inquiries.
Work closely with other customer service representatives and financial advisors to provide a seamless customer experience.

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a financial services or banking environment
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and financial software.
To be considered for this role you must be comfortable commuting to the office in East Kilbride 5 days a week.
