POSITION SUMMARYAvtron is seeking to hire a Customer Success Agent who can successfully build effective business relationships, is customer focused, and has strong problem-solving skills.
The Customer Success agent will work closely with key customers to provide world class customer service.
Is required to give updates on all post sales activities including but not limited to order status, notifications of any changes, providing required documentation, and scheduling start up services.
This role requires strong communication skills, follow-up skills, organizational skills, and the ability to work across functions to address customer issues.
This position will work on site at the Easton-on-the-Hill (Stamford) Lincolnshire office.Main Purpose of the JobResponsible for managing customer service inquiries via email, chat, and phone.Entering Customer Purchase Orders, raising Commercial Invoices and preparing Shipping Documents.Updating and maintaining customer data in SAP.Manage relationships with key customer accounts to provide world class customer service.Act as an advocate for the customer to confirm that customer deadlines are achieved, products are delivered to specification, and on-time.Maintain high customer satisfaction by identifying, understanding, and promptly addressing customers' needsManage customer orders from receipt of order through commissioning.Act as the main point of contact for key customers so that customers get quick responses and/or action in response to inquiries including, change requests, invoicing, warranty, and serviceExecutes KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives to maximize customers service levelsCoordinate with customer to schedule startup and other field services.Become familiar with Avtron products and look for opportunities to grow sales with key accounts.Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate in annual customer business review meetingsExpedites backorders and process customer returns.Travel less than 5%QualificationsBachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field or equivalent level of experience is preferred2-4 years of relevant inside sales or customer service experienceProficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Experience using SAP and CRMs systems a plusCreative problem-solver with outstanding customer service skillsProven SkillsProficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Experience using SAP and CRMs systems a plusMust be available to travel to site.In return you will receiveSalary negotiable dependent on experience28 days holiday per annum + BHHoliday buy scheme up to 5 days per yearSalary sacrifice enhance pension schemeLife InsuranceDiscount SchemePerformance based bonus schemeCompressed hours with early finish on a Friday
