Job Opportunity: Customer Support Executive Are you a customer-focused individual with administrative experience in a sales environment?
Do you possess excellent communication skills and the ability to provide outstanding support to customers?
We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our client's team and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls and emails from the central sales inbox, promptly resolving customer inquiries and processing their orders.
Provide general customer support and process day-to-day orders efficiently.
Liaise with other departments and be proactive in surpassing customer expectations.
Support account managers in sourcing, creating quotations, and following up on sales opportunities.
Assist in outbound shipments, booking collections for export customers, and ensuring all documentation is accurate.
Skills and Profile Required: Previous administrative experience in a sales environment, handling inbound calls, and email communications.
Strong organisational and planning skills, with good attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
Must Drive.
Benefits: Competitive salary £25,000 - £27,000 per annum, depending on experience.
23 days holiday, plus UK bank holiday (rising to 25 days after five years of service).
