No experience is necessary, full training and support will be given and apprenticeship schemes are available.
Applicants with experience are also welcome and salary will be negotiable, depending on experience.
In this role you will be responsible for the following:   Accountabilities  Customer Satisfaction Incoming Telephone Calls & Emails Policy Administration, Amendments & Cancellations Product Training Keep brokers longer & organic growth   Skills Required   Excellent communication and customer care skills   Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative  Attention to detail  Good computer skills, use of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Teams   Good task management & organisation skills  Excellent phone manner
