The Role: As a Customer Support Executive, you will: Handle inbound/outbound sales to new and existing customers.
Advise customers on car finance products and services.
Liaise with motor garage clients, ensuring updates on customer finance applications.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM and manage finance applications.
Manage inbound/outbound call queues and email correspondence.
Review customer documents to ensure accuracy.
Achieve and exceed individual and team targets.
The Person: We are looking for individuals with: 1+ years of inbound/outbound sales experience with high call volume.
Background in a sales environment, ideally in financial services or car finance (motor dealership experience is also welcome).
A proactive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to meet deadlines.
Strong organizational skills and the drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
Genuine interest in sales and a meticulous approach to administration.
