As a Customer Support Agent, you are responsible for the effective processing and logistics flow of our total order flow process in a selection of region(s) and customer satisfaction within the EMEA Fluke Order Management Team.
No day in the life of a Customer Support Agent at Fluke is the same. You will be handling a variety of tasks while putting into practice your communication and problem-solving skills to assist customers with queries. By consistently providing a high level of service, you will build positive relationships with customers and ensure loyalty and satisfaction.
In this role, you will:
Process orders and complaints by taking appropriate actions by researching and resolving problems or complaints regarding inaccurate and/or improper deliveries, damages, and claims.
Supply all required information and documents regarding delivery, customs regulation and formalities, transportation/shipping, and invoicing.
Inform the channel partners about prices, delivery times, content of the order and any other commercial information by phone, email and online.
Process quotes based on sales or channel partner input.
Responsible for continuous improvement of customer satisfaction.

Being a Customer Support Agent in the Fluke Order Management EMEA Team means:
Developing yourself as a Customer Support Agent by learning from and collaborating with your team members in a dynamic, international environment;
Experiencing first-hand how the different Fluke businesses work within the large scope of regions that the Order Management EMEA team supports;
Fine-tuning your communication skills by working closely with our distribution channels to continuously improve customer satisfaction;
Getting acquainted with Oracle database and the software we use to carry out day-to-day tasks;
Building a broad network and strong relationships by communicating with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Hard skills:
Intermediate vocational degree/MBO;
Good computer skills;
Previous experience in general office, accounting, shipping or transportation is preferred;
Fluency in English. 
Having a valid work permit for the United Kingdom;

Ability to work independently and in a team;
Can-do mentality and strong customer focus;
